Crystal T. Dang

Crystal T. Dang has experience in all aspects of litigation and works closely with clients from the start to completion of their case. Crystal has handled pre-suit investigations, discovery hearings, mediations, depositions, motions for summary judgment, settlement negotiations, and trial.

While attending South Texas College of Law, Crystal was a member of Board of Advocates, Law Review, and participated in South Texas’ varsity advocacy program. Over the course of her total seven competitions, Crystal won a National Championship title at the Judge Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition and received several awards as an oral advocate and brief writer.

Crystal is committed to giving-back to her community. Crystal is an adjunct professor at Houston Baptist University and head of the mock trial program. In addition to preparing students for national mock trial competitions, Crystal mentors college students who are interested in the legal profession.

  • Member of a trial team who obtained a $100 million jury verdict in an oil and gas accounting fraud trial on behalf of a nonworking interest owner.
  • Take-nothing trial verdict in favor of an automobile shop in a property damage and Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act case.
  • Settled a breach of contract dispute between general contractor and subcontractor in a construction case.
  • Won a summary judgment on behalf of a national retailer in a premises liability case.
